About the Job
This is a unique opportunity to lead our HR function and drive business outcomes through strategic HR leadership, talent management, employee engagement, HR policy compliance, training and development, performance management, administrative oversight, HR systems management, conflict resolution, and leadership collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Strategic HR Plans: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Build High-Performing Teams: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, talent management, and employee development to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Enhance Employee Experience: Design and execute targeted initiatives to foster a motivated, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, legal frameworks, and best HR practices to mitigate risks and optimize operations.
• Drive Business Outcomes: Conduct regular appraisals, compensation reviews, and professional development planning to drive employee performance and achievement.
What We Require
We seek a seasoned HR leader with a strong track record of success in strategy, operations, and administration. Ideal candidates will possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in HR policy development, talent management, and strategic HR planning. A full-time MBA or post-graduation degree in HR, Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with 7-10 years of experience in HR leadership roles. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and HRMS platforms is required, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
