Te Whiwhinga mahi - The Opportunity
The Senior Technical Property Specialist role will see you working with a team of technical specialists to provide and promote outcome focused, technical property services for public, internal and external stakeholders in respect of the property interests that impact the road corridor.
This role will support AT's stewardship and use of the road corridor by processing applications received by the Property Services Team in accordance with the relevant statutory provisions, AT policy and guidelines and project timelines.
This role will support the Acquisitions & Property Services Manager and the wider Strategic Development Programmes and Property Group to enable the achievement of group objectives.
Ko koe tēnei | About you
Recent study completed in property or a related field such as planning or legal.
Or a tertiary qualification in property, planning, law or a related discipline.
7+ years of experience in property including leasing, licensing and property transactions.
Desirable will be experience in the Local Government Act, Public Works Act and other statutory and public sector processes.
Desirable will be experience with Landonline and knowledge of e-dealing, searching records of title, spatial searching, encumbrances and registered interests.
