We’re a fast-growing, full-service social media agency based on the Emerald Coast with roots in Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and Panama City Beach. We specialize in content creation, social media management, branding, and digital strategy for a wide variety of lifestyle, real estate, and local brands. Our team is small but mighty—and now we’re expanding into Dallas, Navarre and Pensacola!

We’re passionate about community, creativity, and supporting women who want to break into the marketing/content world in a real, hands-on way.

We’re looking for someone who loves content creation, has a creative eye, and is eager to grow with us. This role is ideal for someone in college or newly graduated looking to break into the social media industry—or someone who’s already freelancing but wants to be part of something bigger.

If you love shooting video, know your way around a trending Reel or TikTok, and want to work directly with brands to build beautiful content, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Assist with content creation (photo & video) for client accounts
Support in planning, organizing, and scheduling posts
Attend occasional client shoots and events (must be local)
Learn the behind-the-scenes of managing accounts, client comms, and more
Collaborate with our team to brainstorm creative concepts
Stay on top of trends in social media and content marketing
Qualifications

Based in or near Navarre, Pensacola, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, or PCB (must be local)
Strong interest in social media, branding, and digital marketing
Comfortable filming video content and taking photos (iPhone or camera)
Familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and social trends
Creative thinker with a good eye for aesthetics and storytelling
Willing to travel locally for content shoots
Positive attitude, a go-getter, team player, self-starter & ready to learn
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred (but not required):

Previous experience managing or creating content for social media (can be personal, brand, or freelance)
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, InShot, or other editing/design tools
Basic understanding of content strategy, engagement, and analytics
Interest in pursuing a long-term role in social media or creative industries
Strong communication and organization skills
Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $21.94 - $26.42 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
