Job description, work day and responsibilities
Content Creation & Production:
Plan and create high-quality visual content — including photos, reels, and videos — for various social media platforms.
Handle DSLR/mirrorless cameras, mobile shooting equipment, tripods, lights, and other basic production gear.
Set up shots, frame subjects creatively, and ensure good lighting and clear audio (if needed).
Capture behind-the-scenes footage during shoots or events.
2. Editing & Post-Production:
Edit photos and videos to ensure a professional, finished look using editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, etc.).
Add text overlays, transitions, effects, and audio as per brand guidelines.
Deliver final content in the required formats and resolutions, optimized for each platform.
3. Creative Planning:
Assist the team in brainstorming fresh ideas for reels, stories, and posts to boost engagement.
Research current trends, viral formats, and creative styles to apply to the brand’s content.
4. Brand Consistency:
Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand tone, colors, and aesthetic.
Follow brand guidelines for logo placements, fonts, and other visual elements.
