Full job description
I’m an online and in-person fitness coach, who is getting more and more into content creation. The business is growing fast and I’m looking for the right person to grow it with me!
The Role:
As our Social Media Marketing Manager, you’ll work directly with me to plan, create, and execute content that builds my community, attracts leads, and grows the brand across Instagram, TikTok, and potentially other platforms in future.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop and execute a content calendar across all platforms.
Repurpose raw content into engaging short-form (reels, carousels, captions, etc.).
Monitor trends and develop hooks, CTAs, and content angles that align with brand goals.
Analyse growth data and optimise based on insights.
Collaborate on marketing campaigns (product launches, challenges, lead magnets, etc.).
Manage engagement, DMs, and comments to build brand loyalty.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dingley Village VIC 3172: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
