Events Manager (French-English Bilingual) Working from home (London-based)£40,000-£45,000 (depending on experience)Start Date: September 2025Reports to: Global Head of EventsMonday to Friday - 9am-6pm Are you a hands-on, detail-driven Events Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments but values a healthy, purpose-led approach to work? We're partnering with a growing, boutique-style international events agency that delivers high-impact, flawlessly executed financial events across Europe and North America. They're now looking for a bilingual (French-English) Events Manager to join their remote-first team and take the lead on major conferences across cities like London, Paris, New York, and Toronto. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that's ambitious yet grounded, where you'll have autonomy, ownership, and the chance to grow alongside the business. What You'll Be Doing End-to-end planning and delivery of in-person, hybrid, and virtual events Budget ownership: from creation and approvals to reconciliation and reporting Client and stakeholder communication, timeline and milestone tracking On-site management, including run-of-show preparation and live execution Supplier and vendor coordination (venues, AV, production, gifting, etc.) Close collaboration with tech, design, marketing, legal, and operations teams Supporting internal systems, documentation, and process improvement Occasionally mentoring or onboarding new team members ? Are you a detail-driven and experienced Project Manager with a solid background in live events and technical production?
A growing, creative-led event production company is seeking a proactive, collaborative professional to lead the end-to-end delivery of standout events across the UK and globally.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working with creative teams, technical crews, and high-profile clients to bring large-scale projects to life.
What You'll Be Doing
• Lead and manage events from brief to execution, acting as the key point of contact for internal teams, freelancers, suppliers, and clients.
• Interpret and assess client briefs to propose practical, cost-effective, and creative production solutions.
• Manage timelines, budgets (including projects £250k+), logistics, and health & safety documentation.
• Coordinate internal departments, freelancers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Handle project finances from budget creation through to reconciliation and invoicing.
• Ensure strong client communications and uphold exceptional production standards at every stage.
• Participate in onsite delivery (including international travel when required) to maintain quality control and client satisfaction.
• Support innovation and drive process improvements, contributing to team-wide learning and development.
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience delivering live events, with a strong grasp of technical and scenic production processes.
• Confident managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills—able to manage teams, freelancers, and client relationships effectively.
• Budget management experience, ideally with exposure to six-figure projects.
• Familiarity with H&S requirements, project documentation, and onsite compliance.
• Strong technical fluency across tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and rental/project systems like HireHop (or similar).
• Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative—comfortable responding to creative changes and tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel internationally for project delivery.
