· Préparer divers formulaires et documents juridiques;

· Assurer une communication harmonieuse entre les services internes et les parties externes; et

· Assurer que les documents et renseignements reçus respectent les politiques internes et les lois applicables.

Qualifications requises

· Enthousiaste, optimiste et possède des aptitudes pour le travail, l’esprit d'équipe et le service à la clientèle;

· Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps, et capacité à travailler de manière autonome;

· Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois tout en accordant une grande attention aux détails;

· Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (à l'écrit et à l'oral) (au moins 75% de la documentation est en anglais);

· Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale;

· Maîtrise de Word, Excel et Outlook; et

· Les candidat(e)s ayant une expérience administrative ou toute autre forme de gestion d’échéances critiques, ainsi qu’une expérience en matière de service à la clientèle, seront considéré(e)s comme un atout.

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Prepare various forms and legal documents;

· Ensure the information, documents and requests received comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines; and

· Provide a bridge for smooth communication between internal departments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Enthusiastic, optimistic, and service-minded team player;

· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously;

· Ability to multi-task while paying great attention to detail;

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

· Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook;

· Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) is required (at least 75% of the work and documentation is in English); and

· Candidates with contractual terms implementation, or some other form of maintaining an ongoing set of key deadlines along with customer satisfaction/customer service relations experience considered an asset.
