We are a fast-growing women’s fashion company based in Midtown Manhattan, specializing in stylish, trend-driven apparel. Our focus is on the Missy market, and we cater to leading off-price retailers.


Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Missy Fashion Designer with a strong background in the off-price market. The ideal candidate is highly creative, trend-savvy, and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate market trends into commercial designs. This is an on-site role requiring full-time presence in our Manhattan office.


Responsibilities:

Research and analyze current fashion trends, colors, and silhouettes for the Missy market
Develop and present seasonal design concepts and mood boards Create CADs and technical sketches for presentation and production Collaborate with the merchandising and production teams to ensure design execution aligns with brand direction and retailer needs Attend fittings and provide design input as needed Knowledge of creating tech packs is a strong plus

Requirements:

3+ years of experience designing for the Missy category, with a focus on the off-price market
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for CAD and design work Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabrication Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
