Position (Entry-Level): Client Relations & Office Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and concerns.
• Schedule and manage meetings efficiently.
• Type and format documents using Microsoft Word.
• Assist with various errands and tasks as needed.

Position Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our consultancy firm, leveraging your expertise in accounting and financial services to deliver exceptional client service. Your proficiency in Zoho Books and experience working with CPA firms or consultancies will be crucial in managing client accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Utilize Zoho Books and other accounting software to maintain records and generate financial statements.
Accounting and Bookkeeping in Zoho, Tally
Preparation of MIS Reporting
Team Handling
Ensure the overall compliance for companies;
GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and Other Compliances
Handling GST/SEIS/MEIS Refunds
Income Tax/Statutory/Internal/GST Audits experience
Presentation of MIS in front of board members.
Software Experience - Tally, Compu Tax, Excel, Word, Zoho Books or any other accounting software
Qualifications:
Qualified CA / Inter CA
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification preferred.
Proven experience (6years) as an Account Executive or similar role in a consultancy or CPA firm environment.
Expertise in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
Strong understanding of financial services, including taxation, auditing, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
