As an AI Engineer, you will be joining our Gen AI Squad driving excellence by owning it.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
Develop creative and effective prompts that enable our AI models to generate high-quality outputs and research, analyse, and refine prompts to improve model performance, diversity, consistency, and coherence
Implement and integrate prompts into the AI system and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient prompt processing
Collect, label, and preprocess data for prompt engineering and evaluate the impact of different prompts on AI models’ performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvements. Implement improvements as part of improvement cycle
Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of new prompts, generating insights into their impact on model behaviour
Document prompt engineering processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain leading practices
Stay updated on AI advancements: particularly in natural language processing
Write well designed & high-quality testable code
Integrate software components into fully functional platform
Apply pro-actively & perform hands-on design and implementation of leading practice CI/CD
Comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
Demonstrated technical experience (within financial services industry preferred)
Strong programming experience in Python and data manipulation with use of appropriate Python packages
Hand-on experience with NLP techniques and technologies
Proficient in working with large-scale datasets and data pre-processing
Demonstrated knowledge of prompting and including different prompting strategies and when they should be used.
Experience working with business teams to understand business requirements and desired outputs (particularly non-technical business stakeholders)
Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making along with excellent problem solving, troubleshooting & documentation skills
Proven understanding of ethical considerations and bias mitigation techniques in AI model development
Background in statistical analysis and experimental design for evaluating prompt effectiveness and model performance preferred
A thorough understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of an enterprise level GenAI solution
Experience with AWS, Azure, and Databricks for scalable and efficient AI model training and deployment preferred
Familiarity with AI model development and deployment workflows and experience with CI/CD pipeline deployments is preferred
