JOB DETAILS Permanent Full-Time position 35 Hours 5 days per week Competitive Salary -$99,424.26 - $108,943.56 pa + 3.5% Civil Liability Allowance and 12% Super
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role in the Asset Planning and Management team provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate to gain and develop their skills and experience in a wide range of engineering functions in one of the most rapidly growing cities in NSW.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the asset management and associated operational support so as to facilitate the achievement of “best practice” asset management of Council’s infrastructure.

ABOUT YOU
Our desired candidate will have the following:
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent or extensive experience in Local Government Infrastructure Asset Management
Demonstrated experience in asset data collection, recording, entry, storage and reporting
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with NTRO PMS, Brightly Asset Management System modules, ESRI Arc GIS or similar software packages
Demonstrated ability to take the initiative in assigned tasks and meet deadlines without supervision.
Effective oral & written communication, negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution skills
Class C Driver’s License.
White Card/General Construction Induction Card (or willingness to obtain).
Other duties as reasonably directed by the Manager Infrastructure Planning and Coordinator Asset Planning and Management.
The Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience, and competencies of the successful applicant.
