Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department and escalate to appropriate team members as needed
Assist with all HR, company, and department/team events as needed
Perform other duties and responsibilities as per business need

This is a fully onsite position at our Campbell, CA office.

Essential Job Functions:
• Act as a resource for employees regarding Human Resource related inquiries, policies, and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate responses
