Hired Health is a tech startup. We’re an online platform providing efficient, reliable and real-time healthcare workforce solutions for hospitals and clinics. As a tech-led solution, we focus on simplifying the hiring and job application process by making paperwork and administration more efficient, and offering healthcare institutions lower hiring costs. In doing so, we enable them to allocate more resources to critical healthcare expenses.
As a national platform, we empower healthcare workers by providing them with all available jobs on our platform, thereby eliminating the repeated paperwork with multiple agencies.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Manager or Medical Administration Manager to drive our business-to-business sales efforts. This role combines planning with hands-on execution to drive growth and build strong relationships with healthcare organisations. It would suit someone with prior experience working as a medical administration manager or experience working with locum doctors, nurses and allied health workers.
The position is based on an hourly rate that will be determined by the experience of the candidate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build relationships with medical locum administration, including junior medical officers (JMOs) and consultants responsible for hiring locum doctors at hospitals.
Make sales calls to these prospective customers to sell our platform service to them
Be the initial point of contact for customers, closing deals where possible or securing meetings for the founders to meet with prospective customers where necessary.
Onboard customers with locum medical agreements in line with regulatory requirements
Get recruitment requirements (job listings) from these customers and help them to list them on the platform (You may be required to list it for them)
Ensure that all jobs are listed on the hired.health platform, appropriately verified and that all information is up to date
Coordinate and manage medical locum administration, including junior medical officers (JMOs) and consultants, by handling locum requests, approving onboarding, and arranging travel, accommodation, and training.
Continue to build and maintain our leads database of hospitals and key contacts like JMOs, using spreadsheets and/or our CRM system
Write daily, weekly or monthly reports as defined by the founders outlining customer updates and feedback as well as sales reports
Continuously provide customer feedback to the founders on product performance, customer needs and feedback.
ABOUT YOU
A strong commitment with customer service with well-developed communication skills and client acquisition experience in healthcare or a related industry.
Strong organisational skills with high drive
Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate change and provide responsive services to meet clients’ needs within an Agile environment
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated experience in an administrative role (ideally within a hospital or healthcare environment) including staffing or locum recruitment.
Demonstrated excellence in communication skills, including effective negotiation and ability to liaise effectively with diverse external and internal stakeholders, and interact with multiple stakeholders within a business.
Demonstrated attention to detail, including data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Strong relationship-building skills
Demonstrates strong decision-making skills and sound judgment in identifying customer needs, prioritizing tasks, and resolving issues with a focus on building positive client relationships.
Shows the ability to assess situations effectively, make thoughtful decisions, and contribute to achieving team sales goals.
Maintains professionalism in a fast-paced environment and approaches challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Ability to solve problems creatively under limited direction and supervision, with an understanding of when to escalate problems to the founders.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of MS Office and the ability to learn basic CRM systems
Job Types: Casual, Freelance
Pay: $25.00 – $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
