About Us: Noor Staffing Group is a dynamic organization dedicated to providing comprehensive staffing solutions. We are looking for a skilled legal professional to join our team and provide critical support to our legal operations, particularly in U.S. law-related matters. Key Responsibilities: Draft and review legal documents, including non-compete agreements, cease-and-desist letters, collection demands, settlement agreements, and severance agreements Conduct legal research on U.S. laws and precedents, with a focus on employment law Assist with E-discovery research and prepare relevant documentation Manage legal spend spreadsheets, track open cases, and maintain accurate records. Monitor and keep the team informed about updates and changes in U.S. employment laws Represent the company during negotiations with employees and temporary staff. Qualifications: Strong experience with U.S. law, particularly in employment law and legal drafting (bar membership not required but is a plus) Proven ability to draft and review various legal documents and conduct comprehensive legal research Excellent organizational and spreadsheet management skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in handling negotiations and employee/temporary staff relations Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines Availability to align work NYC business hours (+ am to 5:30 pm ET). Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
