Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project administration, construction, hospitality, and hotel experience
This role requires a deep understanding of SOP compliance, purchasing, bid proposals, purchase orders
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for managing and overseeing the purchasing function within the company
This is a hybrid position working in the office 3 days/week and remote 2 days
Vision
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in purchasing, preferably within the finance, construction, or hospitality industry
Strong experience in project administration, bid proposals, and purchase orders
In-depth knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance regulations
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing management software

Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Buyer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project administration, construction, hospitality, and hotel experience. This role requires a deep understanding of SOP compliance, purchasing, bid proposals, purchase orders. Purchasing certifications (CPP, and CSCP) are a plus. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for managing and overseeing the purchasing function within the company.

This is a hybrid position working in the office 3 days/week and remote 2 days. The reason for this opening is growth within hotel renovations/construction projects, so it's an amazing time to join the company and learn a lot!!
