About the Role

We're looking for a Content & Marketing Specialist who loves crafting compelling content and knows how to get it in front of the right audience. You’ll be our go-to person for content writing, SEO, email campaigns, and digital marketing strategy—playing a key role in how we tell our story and grow our brand.

This is an onsite role based in Gurugram, Sector 49, so we're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

Write and edit clear, engaging content for websites, blogs, emails, social media, landing pages, and marketing materials
Own and execute SEO strategies to drive organic growth (on-page and off-page) • Run marketing campaigns across digital platforms and social channels
Collaborate with instructors and internal teams to develop course-related content • Use AI tools smartly—for research or structure—but let your voice lead the content • Analyze content performance and suggest improvements
Bring fresh ideas to how we communicate, promote, and engage with our learners
What We’re Looking For

3–4 years of experience in content creation and digital marketing
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital campaign tools • Some experience or exposure to email marketing (good to have)
A good grasp of content trends and digital marketing strategies
Comfortable using AI tools to assist your process, while keeping your voice authentic • A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a love for learning
