Role Overview:
We are seeking a Data Analyst with B2B Marketing expertise to power Ensemble's growth.
This role will be the data and marketing engine of our sales team, managing Salesforce CRM,
lead databases, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and data enrichment. The candidate
will blend analytical skills with B2B marketing execution, ensuring our outreach is data-driven,
targeted, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM & Data Management
- Own Salesforce CRM: ensure data hygiene, deduplication, and segmentation.
- Maintain & enrich lead databases (internal + external sources like Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn).
- Build targeted lists of GCCs, IT Parks, Pharma, and large corporates.
2. B2B Marketing Execution
- Plan & execute LinkedIn campaigns (paid + organic).
- Manage custom audiences & lookalike campaigns on LinkedIn Ads.
- Create Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value clients.
- Support development of thought-leadership content.
3. Email Marketing
- Manage drip campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
- Segment leads by geography, industry, and opportunity size.
- Track & improve campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions).
4. Data Enrichment & Research
- Enrich contacts with emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles using Apollo, Lusha, Hunter.
- Research new accounts & upcoming opportunities (GCC expansions, IT parks, Pharma hubs).
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Build dashboards in Salesforce/Power BI to track pipeline health and marketing ROI.
- Present actionable insights to management for sales strategy decisions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn B2B marketing campaigns (organic + paid).
- Experience with Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or other enrichment tools.
- Familiarity with email automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and results-focused.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or IT).
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or B2B Marketing.
- Prior experience in B2B sectors like Real Estate, Construction, IT, or Corporate Services preferred.
