Digital Marketing Executive

City Cricket Academy is one of India's fastest-growing cricket training institutions, with branches across Delhi NCR, Bangalore, and rural UP. We focus on providing high-quality coaching, talent exposure, and holistic development through sports. We're looking for a passionate and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to help us grow our digital presence, attract students, and strengthen our brand.

Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with academy growth targets.
Manage monthly campaigns to increase student registrations, event participation, and brand visibility.
Track KPIs and optimize efforts for maximum ROI.
Social Media Management
Run Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts for all branches.
Create engaging reels, stories, and posts featuring students, coaches, and academy events.
Respond to DMs, comments, and manage online community engagement.
Paid Ads & SEO
Plan and run ad campaigns on Meta and Google (Search, Display, YouTube).
Manage retargeting, location-based targeting, and budget optimization.
Improve academy websites’ SEO and Google My Business listings.
Content & Communication
Work with coaches and videographers to plan and produce marketing content.
Create landing pages, email newsletters, and WhatsApp updates for leads and parents.
Collaborate with cricket influencers or school sports heads for partnerships.
Analytics & Reporting
Use tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM to track leads.
Generate monthly reports on campaign performance and actionable insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Mass Comm, or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing; sports or education background preferred.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and CRM tools.
Strong creative eye and knowledge of short-form video trends (esp. reels).
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Passion for cricket or youth development is a big plus.
