Job description
Delivering best-in-class B2B and B2C digital strategies to support in the delivery of the company goals, the Digital Marketing Manager will be working collaboratively with UK and international colleagues and external agencies to ensure the digital marketing plans fulfil the role required to support customers.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the digital marketing strategy. This will include customer lead generation (e.g. LinkedIn, digital PR), consumer brand awareness (e.g. website SEO, social, display) and consumer lead gen for our customers (e.g. SEO, PPC).

This role will play a major part in enhancing the business’ digital expertise and supporting their supplier of choice positioning. The successful candidate will have experience of running successful digital campaigns and have strong analytical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing goals and business objectives.

· Identify and evaluate emerging digital trends and technologies, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of digital innovation.

Campaign Management:

· Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across all digital channels, including social media, PPC and display advertising.

· Manage digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet key performance metrics.

Content Creation & Management:

· Oversee the creation of high-quality digital content, including blog posts, social media updates and video content.

· Collaborate with the internal and external teams to produce visually compelling and engaging content tailored to various digital platforms.

SEO:

· Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for the business and their customers.

Social Media Management:

· Oversee the management of all social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the target audience.

· Analyse social media performance and implement strategies to grow followers, engagement, and conversions.

Website Management:

· In conjunction with Group colleagues, manage and optimise internal and external customer websites.

· Providing reporting and develop road map to optimise.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

· Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor website and campaign performance, generating regular reports on KPIs.

· Analyse data to gain insights into consumer behaviour and campaign effectiveness, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Budget Management:

· Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various channels and campaigns. Monitor spend against budget and adjust strategies to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with the motivation and drive to create and implement the digital agenda.

B2C experience is essential, gained in a high volume/pace environment with a premium product range.

Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.

Hands-on experience with PPC, SEO and Google Analytics.

Proficiency in web and social media analytics tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.

Stable career history with ability to evidence achievement and progression.

Confident, well presented, professional individual.

Travel Requirements:

Travel will be required in this role, covering the UK & Ireland.

Expectation of 3 days minimum a week in the office (Chester), in line with the company and team.

Expectation of travel to Ireland as and when required.

Attendance at exhibitions, conferences, and events.
