Job Title: HR Executive
The Role of an HR Executive is multifaceted and dynamic, requiring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations.
This position involves executing various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, payroll support, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for showroom, factory, and office staff by preparing and posting job descriptions across platforms, conducting screening calls, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
• Manage joining formalities and ensure proper documentation for new employees.
• Monitor attendance records from biometric systems and coordinate with accounts for salary processing, leaves, and deductions.
• Assist in organizing employee activities, celebrations, and training sessions to promote a positive work environment.
• Maintain evaluation records and help track performance reviews to ensure accurate assessments.
• Ensure company policies are up to date and legally compliant, managing statutory compliance – PF, ESI, bonus, gratuity, etc.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or trading companies.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and HR software/tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic HR tech platforms.
Work Timings & Salary:
11 to 8 PM | 6 Days a Week
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and capability)
