About the internship:
As an Event Operations Intern at MMML, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to help plan and execute various events. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes. We are looking for a driven and skilled intern who possesses effective communication, event management, interpersonal skills, coordination, problem-solving, negotiation, time management, and community management abilities.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in planning and executing various events, including logistics, vendor management, and attendee coordination.
2. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and seamless execution.
3. Problem-solve and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events to ensure a positive experience for all involved.
4. Manage community relationships and partnerships to enhance event success and engagement.
5. Utilize negotiation skills to secure the best deals and partnerships for event needs.
6. Implement time management strategies to ensure deadlines are met and events run smoothly.
7. Work collaboratively with the team to brainstorm ideas, provide feedback, and contribute to the overall success of the events.
