The Team

The Marketing, Brand and Communications team is responsible for building Deloitte India’s brand eminence, ensuring a consistent tone of voice, and managing the internal and external communication activities that support the firm’s value proposition. The team is composed of brand guardians, public relations experts, event managers, graphic designers, video artists, digital mavericks, researchers, and copy writers.

The design team comprises in-house line-up of visualizers, high-end designers, audio-visual experts and animators with abundant industry experience and required skillset for high impact digital and print solutions.

Work you’ll do

As an Animator in our M,B&C>Design team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships within team and internal clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll:
• Strong communication, articulation and documentation skills (written & verbal)
• Demonstrates ability to work independently on projects with limited supervision
• Develop high quality animated visuals for various business initiatives.
• Ideation and conceptualisation expected on all design/animation projects to exceed benchmarks
• Create high quality 2D, 3D graphics and animations
• Pre-production skills: Storyboarding is a must.
• Defining Graphic Style for animation.
• High proficiency and speed using design/animation tools
• Managing end to end production and meeting project timelines, along with delivering good quality
• Excellent tool knowledge
• Passion to grow as a designer/animator by learning new concepts and acquiring new skills
• Handling DSLR camera (still and video) is added advantage.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree, BFA, Degree in Animation / Motion graphics
• Hands on working with animation tools like Adobe After Effects, Animate, Premiere,..etc
• Hands on working with design applications like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,….etc
