Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in selling SaaS products to HR Heads, CHROs, CXOs, and Recruitment Leaders across large enterprises and mid-market companies. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of enterprise sales cycles, experience managing teams, and a passion for solving HR-tech challenges at scale.
Key Responsibilities1. New Business Acquisition
• Identify and target enterprise clients with recurring recruitment or HRTech needs.
• Pitch Kaam.com’s SaaS offerings including ATS, CRM, Pathfinder, LMS, and HRMS.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers at the CXO/CHRO level.
2. Enterprise SaaS Sales
• Lead the full sales cycle – from lead generation, demos, negotiation, closure, to onboarding.
• Customize product presentations to client pain points and industry use cases.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
3. Strategic Account Management
• Nurture long-term relationships with key accounts for cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Provide regular performance insights, usage metrics, and feedback loops to product teams.
4. Team Leadership
• Manage and mentor a small team of inside sales executives or BDEs (if applicable).
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure sales goals are met consistently.
5. Industry Partnerships & Events
• Represent Kaam.com at HRTech events, webinars, and industry forums.
• Collaborate with marketing on GTM campaigns and client acquisition strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Experience: 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales with focus on HRTech or Recruitment software.
• Domain: Prior experience selling to CHROs, TA Heads, or HRMS users.
• Track Record: Proven history of meeting/exceeding quotas in SaaS/enterprise tech sales.
• Team Player: Experience managing or mentoring junior sales executives.
• Skills:
• Strong storytelling and consultative selling ability
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing models, and CRM/ATS tools
• Exposure to enterprise deal structuring, RFPs, and long sales cycles
• Education: MBA or relevant business degree preferred.
