Role can be located in Bordertown or Naracoorte
About the role
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role supporting the Director Group and senior staff in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the firm. This role will see you provide a high-level of administrative support to the Directors, support office operations and acting as a trusted point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Organise and facilitate all Director meetings, including preparing agendas, creating meeting packs, and ensuring documents and materials are ready. Attend meetings to take minutes, track actions, and ensure follow-up
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Directors and internal stakeholders. Assist with ad hoc requests and support office operations
Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in organising internal and client-facing events. Assist with logistics and event coordination to ensure successful delivery
Support daily administrative tasks, including internal communications, and offering support across the team as needed
Provide ad hoc administrative assistance as required to support the overall efficiency of the office
Who we’re after
This role would suit a motivated and organised individual with demonstrated experience as an executive assistant or in general administration.
Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in Administration
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to adjust to changing priorities while maintaining focus
