As Executive Producer, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of next-gen AR/XR products transforming bold ideas into powerful, market-ready experiences.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Producer to oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through launch across our portfolio of XR experiences and hardware/software platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to drive alignment, manage timelines, and ensure that every product reflects DigiLens’s high standards of innovation, usability, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of XR product development, from pre-production through launch
Drive cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, design, and marketing teams
Create and manage development schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Own risk management, escalation processes, and milestone tracking across multiple projects
Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors
Align production plans with business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility
Deliver product experiences that balance innovation, user experience, and performance
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interactive Media, Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field
10+ years of production or program management experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior/executive producer role
Proven track record managing complex XR, AR/VR, or immersive technology projects from end to end
Required Skills & Qualifications
Deep understanding of product development cycles, agile workflows, and milestone delivery
Experience shipping AR/VR/MR or interactive hardware/software products
Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to align diverse teams
Skilled in managing both creative and technical contributors across disciplines
High attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar platforms is a plus
Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
