Que vas-tu faire

Responsable de la livraison et de l'exécution des services RH aux employés et aux gestionnaires dans un domaine défini. Exécute diverses fonctions liées à l'emploi dans le but ultime d'améliorer l'engagement et l'efficacité des employés et de garantir leur conformité aux politiques de l'entreprise.

Comment tu vas le faire

Sous peu ou pas de supervision, fournir un soutien en ressources humaines aux établissements de Trois-Rivières et de Brossard.

Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans des situations ambiguës et à s'adapter rapidement au changement, ainsi qu'à guider différents niveaux de l'organisation dans le changement.

Exploite toutes les capacités de l'organisation des ressources humaines (RH), par exemple les centres d'expertise (COE), les centres de services partagés, les RH de l'entreprise et la conformité.

Appliquer et interpréter les politiques et pratiques en matière de ressources humaines de JCI de manière objective.

Enquête sur les problèmes de relations avec les employés, de simples à complexes, et fournis des recommandations dans des paramètres acceptables (par exemple, mesures correctives, violations des politiques et problèmes de performance).

Présente les programmes de ressources humaines aux groupes de clients internes et aux employés.

Démontre une réputation de professionnel des RH neutre et accessible pour identifier la meilleure solution en fonction de la situation.

Sous supervision, aide à la mise en œuvre des changements organisationnels et soutiens les processus de gestion du changement appropriés.

Participe activement aux projets d'équipe et aux initiatives d'amélioration continue, de la conception à la mise en œuvre.

Respecte les différences et favorise l’inclusion au niveau organisationnel.

Ce que nous recherchons

Baccalauréat en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe et/ou expérience de travail équivalente requise.

Minimum de 6 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des ressources humaines ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.

Bonne compréhension de l’anglais et du français autant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral pour être en mesure de communiquer avec les différents départements hors province

Connaissance pratique des pratiques générales en matière de ressources humaines, des lois et réglementations du travail pertinentes.

Capacité à gérer un volume de travail élevé et une charge de travail modérément complexe.

Capacité à gérer les conflits tout en entretenant des relations solides avec les parties prenantes.

Esprit d’amélioration continue démontré et familiarité avec les pratiques d’amélioration continue.

Sous une supervision minimale, transmettre des communications sensibles et difficiles aux employés et aux dirigeants (par exemple, mesures correctives, réductions d'effectifs et licenciements involontaires).

Reconnais les problèmes potentiels de relations avec les employés de manière proactive et résous le problème ou fais remonter les préoccupations de manière appropriée.

Des compétences exceptionnelles en matière d’organisation, de relations interpersonnelles et de communication orale/écrite sont essentielles.

Compétences intermédiaires en analyse, en audit et en résolution de problèmes.

What you will do
Responsible for the delivery and execution of HR services to employees and managers in a defined area. Performs a variety of employment related functions for the ultimate purpose of improving employee engagement, efficiency and ensuring employee compliance with company policies.

How you will do it

Under minimal to no supervision provides Human Resources support to the Trois-Rivières and Brossard facility.

Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous situations and adapt quickly to change, as well as guide varying levels of the organization through change.

Leverages the full capabilities of the Human Resources (HR) organization, e.g. centers of expertise (COE’s), shared service centers, business HR and compliance.

Applies and interprets JCI’s Human Resources policies and practices in an objective manner.

Investigates routine to complex employee relations issues such and provides recommendation within acceptable parameters (e.g. corrective action, policy violations and performance issues).

Presents Human Resources programs to customer groups and employees.

Demonstrates reputation as a neutral and approachable HR professional to identify the best solution based on the situation.

Under supervision, assists in implementation of organization changes and support with appropriate change management processes.

Actively participates in team projects and continuous improvement initiatives from design through implementation.

Respects differences and promotes inclusion on an organizational level.

What we look for:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent work experience required.

Minimum of 6 years Human Resources related experience or equivalent work experience.

Good French and English written and oral comprehension to be able to communicate with Johnson Controls different departments out of the Quebec Province.

Working knowledge of general HR practices, relevant labor laws, and regulations.

Ability to handle high volume and moderately complex workload.

Ability to manage through conflict while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and familiarity with continuous improvement practices.

Under minimal supervision deliver sensitive and difficult communications to employees and leaders (e.g. corrective action, reductions-in-force, and involuntary terminations).

Recognizes potential employee relations issues in a proactive manner and either resolves the issue or escalates concerns appropriately.

Exceptional organizational, inter-personal and oral/written communication skills are essential.

Intermediate analytical, auditing and problem-solving skills.
