HR Functions:
• HR Policy Design: Design and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Performance Management: Spearhead performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisals, and professional development.
• Employee Engagement: Implement employee engagement initiatives and leverage technology for effective communication within the organization.
Admin and Statutory Functions:
• Office Operations: Supervise day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management.
• Facilities and IT: Collaborate with facilities and IT teams to maintain a productive and safe work environment.
