skillcraft polytechnic is seeking a passionate and experienced fashion design faculty to join our dynamic team. the ideal candidate will inspire creativity, foster innovation, and deliver industry-relevant education that aligns with current trends and technologies in the fashion world. you will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students through practical and theoretical aspects of fashion design.key responsibilities:1. teach diploma/degree courses in fashion design including pattern making, garment construction, fashion illustration, textile science, and portfolio development.2. design and deliver engaging lesson plans, practical sessions, and workshops.3. mentor students on academic projects, fashion shows, and internships.4. stay updated with current industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum.5. evaluate and grade student work, provide constructive feedback, and support skill development.6. assist in developing and revising curriculum as per nep guidelines and industry standards.7. collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary projects and events.8. organize guest lectures, field visits, and exhibitions to enhance student exposure.9. support students in portfolio building and career readiness.10. participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and institutional initiatives.
