Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Ability to research and document employment issues and legal claims
Ability to lead and conduct investigations related to employment issues, either on the phone or in person

What you should know: Mulberry is partnering with a highly established healthcare management organization serving over 80 locations in 24 states with approximately 3,000 employees. They are a dynamic and dedicated team based out of Vancouver, WA. As an HR Generalist you will initially focus on supporting their talent acquisition team then transition to more of a focus on employee relations and other human resources functions and activities.

A day in the life:
