Benefits
In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities act, the expected salary range for this Washington position is between $76,700 and $115,100
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law

Responsibilities
Under minimal supervision and in a team environment, the Legal Writer II will be responsible for conducting research, gathering evidence, building petitions, and drafting correspondence, memoranda, and other documents relevant to the Firm’s immigration practice

Work independently managing multiple writing projects simultaneously
Write skillfully and collaborate with reviewing attorneys to ensure accuracy and efficacy

Our fast-paced business immigration practice an opportunity for a Business Immigration Legal Writer II to work with our team! Under minimal supervision and in a team environment, the Legal Writer II will be responsible for conducting research, gathering evidence, building petitions, and drafting correspondence, memoranda, and other documents relevant to the Firm’s immigration practice.

This is a remote opportunity currently available to candidates actively residing in the Raleigh, NC, Washington DC, or Dallas, TX metro areas.
