About Us:
Anglicare Sydney is a leading and highly regarded community NFP organisation in Australia.
Our vision is to see Jesus Christ honoured, lives enriched and communities strengthened. To achieve this, we are looking to attract the most capable and mission aligned people to join us.
For over 160 years Anglicare has been serving people in need- providing care to older people and services to the vulnerable. We began because of people who saw a need in the community and who were compelled to make a difference. People motivated by Christian love and a passion to serve. If this describes you, we would love to invite you to join us!
Are you ready to take your career to the next level and make a significant impact on a leading organization?
Anglicare is on the lookout for a passionate and innovative Senior Customer Insights and Strategy Lead to join our dynamic team. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to shape the future of our organization by driving strategic decisions through powerful customer insights.
As the Senior Customer Insights and Strategy Lead, you will be at the forefront of our strategic initiatives, leveraging your expertise to enhance customer engagement and inform decision-making. You will dive deep into market potential, conduct cutting-edge research on new property development opportunities, and lead comprehensive competitor analysis to steer our strategy. Your insights will prepare compelling business cases, forecast leads, sales, and occupancy rates, and track and analyse advertising campaigns. By developing robust reporting infrastructure, you will communicate market trends and performance insights that will drive Anglicare’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Imagine analysing demographic trends, competitor activities, and regulatory frameworks to uncover market potential and identify prime locations for growth. You will conduct in-depth market research to discover and assess new property development and acquisition opportunities, contributing to financial models that evaluate the commercial feasibility of potential sites. Your leadership in market research will inform our Seniors Communities strategy and ensure alignment with our overall business goals.
Business Case Development & Stakeholder Engagement: You will prepare comprehensive proposals and business cases for new property developments, collaborating with internal teams to refine project scope and ensure feasibility. Presenting your insights and recommendations to senior leadership, you will support strategic decision-making and secure buy-in for exciting new ventures.
Sales Forecasting and Occupancy Planning: Using predictive modelling techniques, you will forecast sales and occupancy rates across our villages, identifying key drivers of demand and demographic trends. Your data-driven insights will guide pricing strategies, sales tactics, and marketing efforts, optimize occupancy rates and drive business success.
Lead Management, Campaign Monitoring and Performance Marketing Insights: Track and analyse omni-channel media data to assess the effectiveness of digital advertising campaigns. Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Web Analytics, and CRO teams to optimize campaign performance and improve key business metrics. Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure that clearly communicates campaign and web funnel performance, identifying opportunities for optimization. Your work will ensure the effective use of marketing spend and support the creation of compelling data visualizations and dashboards that tell the story behind the data.
Reporting and Communication: Use mapping and modelling techniques to communicate market trends and pipeline opportunities in clear, actionable formats. Prepare and present regular reports on key data points to senior leadership, ensuring insights are aligned with strategic objectives. Elevate internal reporting to an executive standard, driving data-driven decision-making and aligning efforts across the business.
Key Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in market research, sales forecasting, or property development, ideally within the retirement living or property development sectors.
At least 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, web analytics, or a similar data-driven role.
Familiarity with financial modelling, business case development, and stakeholder management.
Strong experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, PowerBI, or similar platforms for reporting and data visualization.
Previous experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, development, and finance, to drive business outcomes.
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
Experience in market research, sales, and leads forecasting.
Expertise in omni-channel media analytics, performance marketing, and campaign optimization.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting infrastructure, with an ability to create compelling dashboards an advantage.
Benefits:
