Information Technology Analyst

To complete proposed changes or additions to systems, programs, or infrastructure components including hardware, software, or network. Assist more experienced infrastructure or system development and support personnel in developing solutions to customer-related requests and/or systems problems.

Develop and write related program logic or integrate solutions into the systems and/or infrastructure.

Responsibilities
This position reports to an IT Supervisor, Senior IT Supervisor, or IT Manager as do other staff jobs in infrastructure or systems and programming work. Customers may include internal Neovia organizations (service centers and/or worldwide business units), suppliers, dealers, and/or product end users.
Codes, tests, and debugs programs of varying degrees of difficulty.
Works on application/technical problem identification and resolution, including off-shift and weekend support functions.
Work on Application/Functional problem identification and resolution.
Works with limited assistance on increasingly complex programs or subroutines.
Under direction of more senior analysts, assists in the development or integration of major system modules and programs.
Knowledgeable of current operating environment, programming languages, logic diagrams, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Follows established development and support processes.
Requirements
TYPICAL PROFILE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, business, and relevant work experience.
4 - 6 years of experience supporting business JDA/BY WMS Discrete applications functional and technical.
Experience in JDA/BY- WMS and related product suites.
Experience in Other WMS Systems.
The incumbent should be knowledgeable of JDA/BY WMS including one or more of the following: programming languages, computing hardware and software environments, system integration processes, system administration processes and tools, and current development processes and tools.
Technical Requirements
Should be well versed with the JDA-WMS product suite (version 2012, +.1,2020,2021) and strong programming and testing skills and enhance functionality as required for service delivery to customer.
Expertise on Moca & SQL queries and basic java and C programming is desired.
Expertise in JDA/BY WMS testing product solutions.
Expertise on Moca command, Reports, Labels.
Expertise on Page Builder, Data Driven Applications, Integrator.
Should have working knowledge on Linux, Unix, and windows server environment and associated basic tools like Putty, winscp, Lexedit etc.
Knowledge on Interface WMS and ERP/Host, TMS, LMS, Parcel.
Knowledge on WLM.
Knowledge on Database Management System (Tables, View, Index etc.).
