Experience - 8 - 10 yrs
• *Job Summary:**
The IT Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of IT professionals to deliver consistent and quality technology services and solutions. The individual will manage projects, mentor team members, and ensure the successful execution of IT-related tasks.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Leadership and Team Management:**
Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to the IT team members.
- Allocate resources and assign tasks based on project requirements.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions with team members.
- Assess team performance and conduct performance reviews.
2. **Project Management:**
- Oversee the implementation of IT projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with other departments, stakeholders, and vendors as necessary.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Address and resolve project-related issues and challenges.
3. **Technical Expertise:**
- Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and deployment of IT solutions.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of IT systems and applications.
- Stay updated on the latest technological trends and make recommendations on IT investments.
4. **Operational Excellence:**
- Oversee daily IT operations, including network management, hardware/software support, and system maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Develop and update documentation, procedures, and user guides.
5. **Stakeholder Communication:**
- Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategies with business goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for IT-related concerns from other departments.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Analyze IT processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the IT department.
- Promote the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that can enhance productivity.
• *Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
2. X+ years of experience in IT roles, with a demonstrated history of leadership.
3. Strong technical knowledge in [specific technologies like cloud platforms, programming languages, etc.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
