We are looking for a talented Integrated Marketing Manager to be a key marketing leader—conceptualizing, developing, and implementing strategies and organizational processes supporting some of our client's largest enterprise-wide strategic platforms
As the Integrated Marketing Manager, you will help reimagine and shape how our client delivers meaningful and disruptive marketing executions that build the brand's equity and strengthen partnerships with key brand collaborators
You will partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Consumer Insights, and Corporate Strategy to develop strategic, measurable marketing programs aimed at accelerating growth
The ideal candidate is a passionate marketing expert with a deep cultural awareness, and understanding of the macro trends influencing consumer behavior in beauty
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans for strategic platforms throughout the year
Partner with internal and external resources to develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns
Collaborate with strategy, marketing, consumer insights, merchandising, creative services, and other key stakeholders to ensure clear, cohesive execution of marketing strategies
Work with cross-functional partners to articulate Annual Business Plans, execute against them, and develop a measurement framework for success
Provide marketing thought leadership, evolving how we go to market in meaningful, innovative ways
Travel may be required (less than 10% of the time)
