Responsibilities
After training is completed, candidate will be working a hybrid schedule (at least 1 day on site, and 4 remote)
This role provides administrative support to AHM Law & IP BU, specifically, Contracts Department
General Duties (70%)
Produce and distribute correspondence (filing, data entry)
Set up and administer legal matters in matter management system
Matter tracking: run report and organize data from matter management
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Prepare presentations and reports
Litigation tracking (including charges); manage deadlines and send reminders
Projects: (20%) participate in the planning and execution of assigned Law & IP Unit projects
Back Up: (10%) provide back assistance to other admin assistants
