Our Opportunity

As the Officer, Information Services you will be responsible for delivering high quality information services via a centralised phone number, email address and front counter. You will curate information in response to gambling enquiries and working to resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner.

To be successful in this position you will have:

The ability to interpret customer enquiries and provide appropriate information based on relevant legislation
Experience in writing purposely, able to produce concise and clear documents and reports in accordance with VGCCC policies and procedures, complying with legislative and statutory requirements
Experience in using a content management system and call management system would be desirable
You will be part of a purpose-driven organisation at a pivotal time - where your skills and ideas can truly make a difference.
