Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner
A strong commitment to safety and compliance with all relevant safety standards and protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment as needed

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial settings
As our Refrigeration Technician, you'll be a vital part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HVAC systems and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, heating and air conditioning units, and other refrigeration systems
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing filters, lubricating parts, and checking system pressures to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot and repair any issues with HVAC systems, identifying problems and implementing effective solutions
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and protocols during the installation, maintenance, and repair procedures
Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and prevent malfunctions
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
Work closely with the engineering team to develop and implement strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of HVAC systems
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the field of HVAC and refrigeration technology
