About the role:
The Secretariat and Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordination of forums, administrative support and coordination for the Community Pharmacist Program.
The Program aims to support people to access timely health care for select, low-risk conditions through their pharmacist. The Program is a continuation of the Community Pharmacist Statewide Pilot which was designed to test the provision of primary care in pharmacies.
This position will be responsible for coordination of stakeholder and general communications, managing, coordination and secretariat functions for stakeholder forums to support the project.

About you:
Are you?
Undertaking research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs.
Managing projects or sub-projects and being accountable for the successful delivery and completion of the projects/sub-projects within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.
Supporting the provision of authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders and prepare and present detailed reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions on complex matters.
Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach.
Monitoring and evaluating projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.
Qualifications
Experience in a project, coordination or governance role would be an advantage.
