At Vanquis Banking Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our digital marketing strategy, with a focus on search engine optimisation (SEO).
The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO principles and experience in developing and executing content strategies.
A key aspect of the job is performing regular technical audits of the website using tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Page Speed Insights. This information will be used to feed required improvements into the web development pipeline.
The salary for this role is approximately £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including discretionary annual bonus, 25 days holiday up to 30 days (depending on service), pension scheme with matched company contributions up to 10%, 2 paid days to give back, enhanced maternity pay (once successfully passing probation), 4 weeks paid paternity, LinkedIn Learning for all, Snoop Premium, Private Medical Insurance.
