Marudhar Chemicals is a company that specialises in coating solutions for the Furniture manufactures and exporters and have offices in Jodhpur, Jaipur and Moradabad.
The HR Senior Executive is responsible for handing the HR department, including recruitment, employee onboarding, record-keeping, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The HR Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Employee Records & Documentation:
4. Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing timely and accurate responses.
Assist in organizing employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
5. HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
6. Training & Development:
Coordinate training sessions and assist in the development of training materials.
Track employee participation in training programs and maintain training records.
7. HR Appraisals:
Assist in the implementation of HR projects, such as policy updates, performance management systems, and employee engagement programs.
Qualifications & Key competencies:
Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR or a related role.
Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.,
