PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior HR Advisor to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The Senior HR Advisor will play a role in shaping the employee experience and driving HR strategies that align with our organisational goals. This position involves advising on complex HR issues, managing employee relations, and contributing to HR policy development.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILTIES
• Handle complex employee relations cases, providing guidance and support to ensure fair and consistent treatment.
• Contribute to the continued development of HR policies and ways of working that foster a positive culture and in line with our values.
• Provide advice and support on salary reviews, promotions and other compensation-related matters.
• Track and analyze HR metrics for the direct leadership team and to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.
• Focus on continuous improvement and using HR data and metrics which will inform strategic HR planning
Supporting the Snr HR Business Partner and wider HR team in the delivery of projects as part of our People Strategy and associated plan.
Skills & Experience Needed
• Proven experience in an advancing HR team, within a senior advisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
