The Opportunity
As a Senior SEO-SEM Specialist, you will lead paid media campaigns (Google, Microsoft, Meta) and SEO growth efforts for our e-commerce platforms. Reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence, you will play a strategic role in performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, and CRO/UX support.
This hybrid or remote role requires expertise in PPC management, technical & content SEO, performance dashboarding (via TABLEAU), and e-commerce optimization. You will actively contribute to the digital growth of Revco and Royal.
Responsibilities
SEO
Deploy SEO strategy across revco.ca and royaldistributing.com (FR-EN)
Manage organic ranking for 400+ categories and landing pages
Optimize internal linking, metadata, product copy, and technical structures with UX/dev teams
Run regular SEO audits (SEMrush, Search Console)
Oversee SEO content production in collaboration with writers or AI tool
SEM
Manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads (boosted + tactical campaigns)
Optimize campaigns according to KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPC, CVR)
Handle monthly ad budgets > $100K, aligned with promotional calendar
Manage product feeds in Google Merchant Center (Shopping & Free Listings) and collaborate with the enrichment team for optimization
Dashboarding & Analytics
Co-build and maintain SEO/SEM/CRO dashboards using TABLEAU
Connect performance data across GA4, Ads, Merchant Center, Meta
Track traffic, conversions, revenue, ROAS, CPA
Generate optimization recommendations based on data trends
CRO / UX (Secondary Support)
Collaborate with the UX director and the e-commerce manager to identify optimization opportunities (recommendations, merchandising, pop-ups, filters). Participate in A/B testing, customer surveys, landing page improvements
Suggest tactical enhancements to high-impact pages (structure, CTAs, content)
Qualifications
Key Skills
Proven expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager
Strong technical + content SEO knowledge
Proficiency with GA4, Merchant Center
Comfortable building/modifying live dashboards (Tableau / Looker Studio)
Solid grasp of CRO & UX principles in e-commerce
Autonomous, data-oriented, and analytically sharp
Experience
5–7 years SEO/SEM, including 3+ in e-commerce
Hands-on management of monthly budgets >$25K
Bilingual (French/English) is required for this role
Experience avec SEMrush, Shopify, TABLEAU, an asset

Location: Canada (100% remote work possible if based outside main offices)
