Responsibilities
In partnership with other product development functions, you will play a critical role in enabling the team to develop software to achieve our business goals while guiding the team through its Devops transformation towards a CI/CD model
Defining organizational strategies and setting objectives for you teams

Working with cross functional partners and senior management to define and influence product strategy and roadmap
Helping set goals aligned with the organization's strategy and providing coaching and mentorship to reach those goals
Instilling a product first mindset by communicating our division’s business strategies, objectives and goals
Providing architectural and technical guidance in the development of our ATE software
Developing DevOps culture that shapes both practices and product towards a CICD mindset
Hiring and growing new talent to meet the needs of the business while making staffing trade-offs as required
Overseeing the development and delivery of software for our digital and serial instruments
Providing and encouraging an onsite presence in support of our large cohort of new hires

Overview

We are looking for an engineering manager to lead a software development team of 30+ software engineers and a small number of managers. In partnership with other product development functions, you will play a critical role in enabling the team to develop software to achieve our business goals while guiding the team through its Devops transformation towards a CI/CD model.

Responsibilities
• Defining organizational strategies and setting objectives for you teams.
