Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, engage, and retain top talent. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in building a diverse workforce and enhancing our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and processes.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and support their integration into the company.

Qualifications
• Proven experience recruiting both hourly and corporate level positions.
• Previous experience supporting a global manufacturing organization is valued.
• Bilingual/Multilingual skills not required but a plus.
• Strong interviewing skills and experience with various assessment techniques.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent negotiation skills for offer discussions.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
