As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Tender & Contract Administration Manager to join our national team and play a key role in securing new business opportunities and managing national contract administration processes.

As the Tender & Contract Administration Manager, you will:

Lead the full tender process from identifying opportunities through to submission and post-tender activities.
Prepare and submit compelling and timely tenders, incorporating input from key stakeholders.
Monitor and report on tendering activity, providing insights to improve future outcomes.
Manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, governance reporting, and resolution of issues.
Develop and implement national contracting initiatives, including business cases, workflows, SOPs, and training programs.

About you:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare or related environment.

Skills:

Strong understanding of the tendering process and contract management.
Project management and organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related field (Desirable but not essential).
