About the Role:
As a mandarin speaking Trade Support Team Member, you’ll be the heartbeat of the branch providing essential support to our Asian trade market. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, suppliers and mandarin speaking customers to ensure a seamless experience. With a flexible, can-do attitude, you’ll manage customer inquiries, offer product advice, prepare quotes and pricing, and find solutions to meet customer needs.
Engage with our suppliers and mandarin speaking customers face to face, over the phone, and via email.
Recommend suitable products, process orders, and manage sales documentation.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to track orders and arrange timely deliveries.
Take clear briefs from stakeholders and prepare accurate quote documentation.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Team Leaders to capture opportunities through daily and weekly planning.
This is a permanent full-time role offering 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, based at our Albany Branch.

About you:
To succeed in this role, you’ll be a natural communicator fluent in both Mandarin and English and a relationship builder who puts customers at the heart of everything you do. You will be friendly, reliable, ready to jump in and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Bring a strong work ethic, approachable nature and committed to delivering deliver great service to everyone you meet.
Ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and perform under pressure.
Highly organised with sharp attention to detail.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English with excellent strong written and verbal communication.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems.
Knowledge of building products or the construction industry is preferred.
