Description
Responsibilities:
• Complete the loan processing in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain a working knowledge of Conventional loans.
• Should know Fannie and Freddie's guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Have knowledge of credit analysis and identify any prior credit history issues or concerns.
• Have basic knowledge of appraisal report analysis.
• Basic knowledge of reviewing all types of insurance policy-related documents (MI/HOI/Condo/Flood).
• Verify and analyze income to calculate debt-to-income ratios. (Including self-employment income)
• Analyse and review preliminary title reports to identify liens, judgments, and CCRs to help in decision-making.
• Effective communication with various vendors like Appraisers, Title companies, and Borrower's Employers to complete the requirements of the loan.
• Release the needs list acquire all the documents as per the list and submit the loan to the Underwriting and Closing departments.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years.
• Preferred 3 years and recent experiences.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, Bond, and/or USDA loans.
• The candidate does not have more than six months of gap in relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Live Underwriting.
• Experience in Income Review (Salaried and Self-employment)
• Have knowledge of 2015 fee Itemization
