What we’re looking for…
This opportunity requires someone with experience in administrative tasks or willing to learn, the successful candidate must be methodical as we provide and maintain lifesaving equipment to vulnerable people in their homes. From time to time our service users require a helping hand to live independently and cope. Staff at Forestcare attend and assist people during their greatest time of need having the relevant up to date information is critical.
We need someone who can keep calm under pressure whilst providing impeccable customer service. A polite, caring, empathetic nature is essential. We are looking for someone who will go the extra mile to ensure that we have satisfied service users.
An understanding of IT systems and Microsoft Office suite is essential as Forestcare utilises assistive technology to meet the needs of clients.
What is it like working in our team…
The control centre operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The team consists of several different roles’, but everybody works together to provide a very effective and professional service.
Being an assistive technology control centre, the work environment can be variable. One moment it can be quiet and relaxed, the next, noisy, and busy! This ensures that every day is rewarding but very rarely the same!

Interview date
Interviews will be held on 10th and 11th October 2024.
Interviews will be conducted in person, providing candidates with the chance to personally meet the team and experience our work environment. Additionally, this approach allows the recruiting manager and the team to establish connections with potential team members.
