Role - Business Development Executive
Experience - 1 - 3 year
Location - Remote ( WFH)
CTC - 1.80 LPA - 3 LPA + Incentives ( 2%per lead conversion)

Role & Responsibilities include:
- Work with management to develop and implement a business development strategy for a defined territory.
-Connect with potential leads and take continuous follow-ups with multiple collaborators.
-Optimize the company's LinkedIn profile to accurately represent our brand, services, and value proposition.
-Maintain an engaging and professional LinkedIn presence to attract and engage potential clients.
-Send personalized connection requests to potential leads and initiate meaningful conversations.
-Create compelling introductory messages that demonstrate the value of our IT services and solutions.
-Collaborate closely with the marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with the overall business objectives.

Must have:
1. Prior knowledge to generate leads on LinkedIn.
2. Good communication.
3. Negotiation Skills

Good to have:
1. Proven presentation.
2. Interpersonal skills.
