Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and presenting tailored software solutions to address their needs.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to effectively position our software solutions in the marketplace.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospects and clients.
Negotiate terms and contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT sales, with a focus on selling software solutions. Experience in selling CRM software is highly preferred.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is desirable.

Pay: ₹+,414.65 - ₹56,437.10 per month
